The wine is dark in colour with a deep red hue, very deep in colour. It has an intense nose with aromas of cherries, blackcurrants and hints of vanilla, providing a rich fruity bouquet, with mineral notes in the background. It is well balanced on the palate with lovely ripe fruity flavours, good body and ripe tannins. The finish has good acidity and length.
